Find those last-minute gifts & treats or win a great raffle prize at our CWL Christmas Market on Saturday, Dec. 9! Doors open from 9am to 3pm at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 210 Haddow Close NW, Edmonton, AB T6R 2P3. The market features 25 vendors, a book and puzzle sale, bake sale, and raffle with 10 items to choose from. Proceeds support the Catholic Women’s League service to parish and community.

About the Crier

The Edmonton Crier Announcement System was created to make residents aware of issues that concern all of surrounding areas of Riverbend, Terwillegar and Windermere. Issues include crime awareness and community announcements and any other news worthy items. The Crier concept is based on the idea of the old town crier of medieval England. The town crier would walk the streets ringing his bell, shouting "Hear Ye, hear Ye", followed by an important community announcement. Please tell your neighbours about this group and have them join. The Crier is operated and controlled solely by Brookview resident Harold Hornig.
