To the Brookview Community,
For over a decade students at George H. Luck have collected items for backpacks and donated them to Boyle Street to support the homeless population. This year we will continue to support Boyle Street by making 250-300 gift bags to donate!
We are accepting donations of:
- Tim Hortons or McDonalds gift cards in $5.00 denominations. You can donate as many as you like!
- ETS Bus Tickets - ETS bus tickets come in packs of 10. A pack of 10 tickets will cost $27.75. ETS bus tickets can be purchased online and printed. Check the City of Edmonton website (please check the expiry date of the tickets)
If community members wish to make any donations you are welcome to do so and can drop them off anytime at the school from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. To donate, please buzz the school to let us know you have a donation and a staff member will be happy to assist you. We are accepting Gifts of Luck donations from now to December 16.
Each Gift of Luck will contain a gift card, bus tickets, a hand knit toque and a student created message such as a letter, poem or picture to brighten someone’s day!
